PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS


That's the Chinese character for Eat or Food, and quite honestly, that's the Achilles heel for most of us.

We can follow a very structured and regimental nutrition plan for a dedicated number of weeks, work out like crazy and push ourselves to our utmost physical limits, bursting our EPOC tanks, and at the end of the day, it's still about what we eat in real life that makes all the difference. 

I'm still a big work in progress, but each day I'm getting stronger and closer to my goal of intuitive eating — not counting calories, and letting hunger and satiation cues take the lead. Balance, I'm coming for you.
